Where Are We Going

the path was lined with stately trees

each one seemed to speak to me

where are we going

they did ask

to which i replied

some place that will not last

the trail grew deep and dark without light

worn from weary travelers footsteps faded away

soon the garden will bloom again

but

this day remains barren and lost

empty with no thought

i love the walks my hubby and i take with Bear on weekends we talk but mostly pray together

for family, friends and for you. may God fill your soul with delight and bring the weary traveler home with Well Done My Child.
