while working on an art project i looked out my window. down below on the moist cover ground were many robins and one morning dove. all the snow was melted but the ground was very soft. i believe they were worm hunting. one robin flew into the tree by my window and i could watch him eating. then one lonely black bird joined the lot. how wonderful to watch them gather.
