Sold & Shopping

Quilting Adventures

Today I am off so I drove to Richmond early this morning to shop. But not just any shopping. I went to my favorite quilt store bc I had a store credit of $35.00. Here are all my goodies. And you know I am so glad I went early bc on my way back the interstate was bumper-to-bumper traffic going into the quilt store area. I had clear sailing up and back. I can't wait to play with some of these fun things. The shop had all kinds of new treats, esp. Noel's shrinking thread. And all the directions are in Japanese. lol

And another kind of sale - my youngest decided to sale his motorcycle today. He and his dad are finalizing the deal as I type. He needs a car to get back and forth from college. I think this is a wise move, although the wisest move would have been to never buy it two years ago. But he was young and determined to own a bike. Now that phase has passed and he is a settled young man with a great determination to achieve his goals.

Love all the goodies, especially the purple and yellow fabric. Glad son is selling. Unfortunately, my hubby is in the market to buy. Going through another stage in life, I guess. Have fun playing with your great finds.
